Bures Hamlet Parish Council meetings:

Meetings are normally held on a Monday, bimonthly in the Community Centre commencing at 7.30pm. The meeting notices are posted on the noticeboard at the end of Station Hill, adjacent to the phonebox.

Meetings are open to the public - anyone is welcome to attend and to raise questions during question time at the beginning of the meeting.

Agenda items:

Members of the public are welcome to write to ask that a particular matter be placed on the agenda. Such requests must reach the Clerk two weeks before the meeting.

The Council will either accept the request or explain in writing why it is not appropriate to do so.

The Annual Parish Meeting is normally held in March.
At the Annual Parish Meeting it is your opportunity to raise matters appropriate to the Parish Council in an open forum.
